What an amazing treat for the minds eye--great surreal images...and the mix with Schoenberg is perfect !! one of your best adventures EVER...and there are so many fine ones !!
As a small town radio kid in 1961--the program director at Radio ***Ka-Hi-Fi-Fo-Fum in Arbun Caledonia...thought after the rock show I presided over --I should also do the "classical Hour" I played Schoenberg one nite--and the boss --freaked...screaming on the phone he said "What happened to the Bach--Vivaldi--Beethoven??" I said the Schoenberg was 'scratch free' so I played it...well no wonder it was scratch free...all the other announcers..thought it would wake up the cows..Ka Hi FI FO FUM was in a rural town !
